Questions and answers about logging in
SuPer’s services use strong authentication. When logging in, you can choose mobile authentication, online banking credentials, or the Hightrust.id application.

When you log in to the superliitto.fi website, you can access the members’ discount codes and other content intended solely for our members.
Content intended for local union officials – that is, student ambassadors (SuPer-Opo), liaison members, health and safety representatives and shop stewards – is also available only after logging in.
By logging in to the Oma SuPer member service, you can update your membership details and register for courses and training (Events/SuPer Tilaisuudet).
For security reasons, our member services have a timeout of a few minutes. This ensures that users are automatically logged out once the service session has ended.
Occasional technical errors may prompt users to log in again after only a short time. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you wish, you are welcome to send us feedback and describe the situation in which this occurs. This may help us resolve the issue.
