Collective actions for SOSTES
The strike has ended but the other collective actions announced by SuPer will continue.

Collective actions declared
SuPer has declared a ban on shift changes for the entire private social services sector starting from 29 January 2026 at 3 p.m. During the ban, SuPer members will not change shifts unless the employer agrees to pay a reasonable compensation for the shift change.
SuPer has declared a recruitment ban for all workplaces of Esperi, Mehiläinen and Attendo where the collective agreement for the private social services sector (SOSTES) is applied, effective from 29 January 2026 at 3 p.m. During the recruitment ban, SuPer members will not apply for or accept employment in the companies subject to the ban.
Sote ry (SuPer, Tehy and Erto) declared a strike for certain private social services workplaces of Attendo, Esperi and Mehiläinen in the Lapland and North Ostrobothnia regions from for 17–19 February 2026. A list of the workplaces affected by the strike can be found via the link below.

Welcome to the negotiations webinar for the private social services sector (SOSTES) on Tuesday, 17 February, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Teams event will provide an update on the negotiations and the collective actions. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and comment on the current situation.
The webinar is intended for SuPer members working in the private social services sector (SOSTES). Please register via Oma SuPer by 17 February at the latest. The webinar will be held in FInnish.
