Strike notice given and immediate collective action for SOSTES
SuPer has announced collective actions at workplaces covered by the collective agreement for the private social services sector (SOSTES). Negotiations on the SOSTES agreement were terminated by the employee side on 28 January 2026.
Collective actions declared
SuPer has declared a ban on shift changes for the entire private social services sector starting from 29 January 2026 at 3 p.m. During the ban, SuPer members will not change shifts unless the employer agrees to pay a reasonable compensation for the shift change.
SuPer has declared a recruitment ban for all workplaces of Esperi, Mehiläinen and Attendo where the collective agreement for the private social services sector (SOSTES) is applied, effective from 29 January 2026 at 3 p.m. During the recruitment ban, SuPer members will not apply for or accept employment in the companies subject to the ban.
Sote ry (SuPer, Tehy and Erto) has issued a strike notice for certain private social services workplaces of Attendo, Esperi and Mehiläinen in the Lapland and North Ostrobothnia regions from for 17–19 February 2026. Negotiations webinar (in Finnish)
Welcome to the negotiations webinar for the private social services sector (SOSTES) on Monday, 2 February, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Teams event will provide an update on the negotiations and the collective actions that have been announced. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and comment on the current situation.
The webinar is intended for SuPer members working in the private social services sector (SOSTES). Please register via Oma SuPer by 2 February at the latest. The webinar will be held in FInnish.
