Changes to SuPer’s telephone services from the beginning of 2026
The opening hours of SuPer’s telephone services will change as of 1 January 2026. You can continue to use our electronic channels securely and conveniently, just as before.
From 1 January 2026, SuPer’s telephone services will be open from Monday to Thursday, 9 am–1 pm.
Employment matters
Employment matters helpline: 09 2727 9160, Monday to Thursday, 9 am–1 pm.
- Your employment-related matter may concern, for example, pay, working hours, annual leave, dismissal, lay-off, sick leave or occupational safety.
- If your workplace has a shop steward, please contact them before getting in touch with SuPer.
- There will exceptionally be no telephone service on: 1 January, 6 January, 26 January, 2 April, 6 April and 14 May.
- You can also contact us electronically either via an online form or by sending an encrypted email.
Membership matters
Membership services helpline: 09 2727 9140, Monday to Thursday, 9 am–1 pm.
- Membership matters include, for example, updating your personal, membership or workplace details, joining as a member, and membership fees.
- You can easily check and update your own membership details in the Oma SuPer service, or contact us regarding membership matters by encrypted email.
Unemployment benefit and fund membership
If your matter concerns unemployment security or fund membership—such as becoming unemployed, applying for unemployment benefit or joining the fund—please contact the Super Unemployment Fund.
