SuPer launches new ‘Working Life Safety Net’ campaign
SuPer’s new video campaign will remain highly visible across the union’s communication channels well into next year. The campaign highlights SuPer’s role as a safety net for all its members in their working lives.

Planning for the ‘Working Life Safety Net’ campaign (Työelämän turvaverkko) began a year ago, in the autumn of 2025. The union wanted a video series of its own to showcase SuPer’s increasingly important role as both a safety net and a community for current and future members.
‘Emotion’ was an important shared objective for the working group and guided everything it did: the aim was to move people without becoming overly sentimental. The videos were intended to capture not only the day-to-day challenges of working in the care sector, but also the humour that is part of everyday life at work.
“Wellbeing at work, including efforts to improve it, is a theme that SuPer has long highlighted,” says SuPer’s Communications Director Sari Tirronen. “We pursue this objective not only through collective bargaining and various ministerial working groups, but also through the union’s own wellbeing campaigns. Examples from recent years include the familiar SuPer-Elämää! wellbeing campaign and the Rajanvetoa (Setting Boundaries) campaign, launched at the beginning of the year.
The latest videos feature both professional and amateur performers, with appearances by rising young actor Jasir Osman and SuPer’s wonderful, bold and charismatic members: Homaira, Vesa, Inna and Reetta. The videos were filmed in spring 2026 by Koju Film Company Ltd, a Tampere-based video production company.
