Negotiation result for the private health care services sector collective agreement

SuPer, as part of Sote ry, together with the employers’ representative, the Finnish Association of Private Care Providers, have reached a negotiation result on a collective agreement for the private health care services (TPTES). The approval of the agreement still requires consideration by the governing bodies of all negotiating parties.

The current collective agreement period ended on 30 April 2026.

The content of the negotiation result will not be disclosed or commented on publicly until it has been reviewed by the governing bodies of the negotiating parties.

Negotiations concern approximately 25,000 employees

The collective agreement for private health care services (TPTES) is adhered to for example, in private hospitals, private medical and health stations, laboratories, rehabilitation facilities and health spas, as well as in the Blood Service. The collective agreement is negotiated between Sote ry (SuPer, Tehy and Erto) and the Finnish Association of Private Care Providers.

The collective agreement for the health services sector is generally binding, which means that even employers that are not members of the employers’ association must comply with it. The collective agreement therefore sets the minimum terms and conditions that must be observed at all workplaces in the sector.

The agreement covers approximately 25,000 employees.
