SOTE agreement and HYVTES: Local increments postponed – Compensated with supplements

In the wellbeing services counties, the local increments under the SOTE agreement and HYVTES will be postponed.

The delay in payment will be compensated to employees through percentage-based salary supplement:

  • SOTE agreement (Collective agreement for social and health care personnel):
    • A salary supplement of 2% will be paid no later than 1 October 2026.
    • The percentage-based salary supplement will be paid in December 2025, as well as in January, April, July and October 2026.
  • HYVTES (General collective agreement for the welfare sector):
    • A salary supplement of 1% will be paid no later than 1 January 2027.
    • The percentage-based salary supplement will be paid in December 2025, as well as in January, April, July and October 2026.
