Collective agreement for the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health
The collective agreement for the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health is a house-specific agreement. It is applied to the terms and conditions of employment of the approximately 500 employees of the Institute.
The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health is a research and expert institution in the field of occupational health and safety, which aims to promote the working and functional capacity, health and quality of life of the working-age population. The professional nomenclature consists of e.g. office, laboratory and specialist tasks.
Collective agreement 2025–2028
The collective agreement is valid for three years from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028. The pay increases follow the general line. Salaries will rise by 7.8 percent.
The negotiating parties are the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, the Finnish Association of Private Care Providers, Sote ry (SuPer, Tehy ja Erto), JUKO, JHL and Jyty.
Pay increases 2025–2028
- 1 August 2025: The general increase is 2.1 percent and the local item is 0.4 percent.
- 1 August 2026: The general increase is 2.2 percent and the local item is 0.6 percent.
- 1 August 2027: The general increase is 2.1 percent and the local item is 0.4 percent.
Corresponding increases will apply to individual salaries, pay scale tables, and as compensation for employee representatives. The texts of the collective agreement will remain largely the same, and changes will have no cost impact.
